Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support delivery of CBT interventions within treatment programs. The role includes assessing behavior, developing individualized plans, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

You will supervise and collaborate with Clinical leaders, provide training for patients and support persons, and ensure thorough documentation and progress monitoring in line with regulations and payer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Must hold Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent) for Addiction Recovery programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide cognitive behavioral therapy and other therapeutic services.
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans with Clinical leader.
• Document services and outcomes in the medical record.
• Train and support staff and family members in CBT techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to design and implement treatment plans.
