Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin seeks a Behavior Specialist (PRN) to support delivery of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy within treatment programs. You will assess behavior, design and implement individualized plans, and train patients and support persons under clinical supervision.

Responsibilities include conducting CBT groups, monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required (human services, psychology, social work, or related field).
• Must hold a valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent).
• Relevant CBT experience (12 months preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support CBT interventions within Rogers Behavioral Health programs.
• Assess function of behavior and develop individualized plans.
• Provide training to patients and support persons.
• Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team and monitor progress.
• Document services and outcomes in medical records.
• Participate in supervision and treatment team meetings.
