The role offers a $65,000 base salary with uncapped commissions and first-year earnings up to $150,000, plus a monthly vehicle and cell phone allowance and travel reimbursement.

You will lead the full sales cycle, build a client base in the Jacksonville market, and drive recurring revenue through facility service solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop new business, and close sales.
• Hunter mentality with the motivation to build a territory and generate new opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients and referrals.
• Generate new business through field prospecting, outbound calls, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Schedule appointments and identify prospective client needs.
• Conduct client meetings and needs assessments.
• Develop customized solutions and proposals for facility services.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business.
• Build relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Pass qualified janitorial opportunities to appropriate Sales Executive.
