Job summary

Revel IT is seeking a CBRNE Project Manager to lead a government-focused program in the Washington, DC area. You will manage a project team, oversee cost, schedule, and performance, and align client expectations with project deliverables.

Required are 10+ years in project management, a BS/BA in a relevant field, and active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Experience with large $10M+ initiatives and federal contracting will be essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in life science, chemistry, physics, or mathematical discipline from an accredited institution with at least 10 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience leading technical R&D/business development programs worth $10M+ annually across organization lines.
• Knowledge of government and industrial contract work, with experience leading proposal teams and diverse contract types (fixed price, cost plus, T&M).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Defines project requirements including cost, schedule, and technical performance; may evaluate teaming options.
• Leads development of the program Work Breakdown Structure to identify all work for completion.
• Directs estimation of project costs and contributes to budgeting and planning.
• Manages cost, schedule, and performance; implements change management and monitoring.
• Establishes project performance metrics and mitigates risks using EV/variance analysis.
• Maintains compliance with applicable government and industry regulations.
