Job summary

Revel IT in Washington, DC area seeks a CBRNE Project Manager to lead a staff delivering customer support within the CBRNE Defense line. Responsible for project plan development, cost/schedule/performance management, and client expectation alignment.

The role requires coordinating across disciplines, maintaining regulatory compliance, and building client relationships. Ideal candidates will have a BS/BA with 10+ years PM experience, experience with $10M+ programs, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA (masters preferred) in life science, chemistry, physics, or mathematical discipline from an accredited institution with at least 10 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience in leading technical research, business development, and marketing programs worth $10M+ annually across organizational lines.
• Knowledge of government and industrial contract work, including fixed price, cost plus, and time and materials.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Defines project requirements with cost, schedule, and technical performance elements.
• Leads development and refinement of the Work Breakdown Structure for project completion.
• Directs estimation of project costs and change management activities.
• Manages cost, schedule, and performance; communicates with clients regularly.
• Supports proposal strategies and teams, and ensures regulatory compliance.
