Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a CBRNE Project Manager to lead a project and staff delivering direct customer support from the Washington, DC metro area. Responsibilities include project plan development, cost/schedule/performance management, and aligning with client expectations.

The role requires a BS/BA in a life science or related field with 10+ years of PM experience; preference for a master’s degree, and US citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in life science, chemistry, physics, or mathematical discipline; 10+ years PM experience.
• Experience leading technical research, business development, and marketing programs worth $10M+ annually.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements including cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance; implement change control and risk management.
• Recruit, build, and lead a project team; ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and manage progress; nurture client relationships.
