Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Mobile Detection Deployment Program (MDDP) for DHS CWMD efforts. You will manage a specialized team, serve as the main government liaison, and ensure operational oversight across multiple sites in the U.S. and CONUS/OCONUS travel.

The role demands surge deployments, NSSE support, and 24/7 readiness. Responsibilities include contract management, staff evaluations, financial oversight, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability and Secret-level Security Clearance.
• Minimum of 20 years of operational CBRN planning and execution experience.
• National Incident Management System (NIMS) and Incident Command Structure (ICS) certifications (ICS-100/200/700).
• Minimum of 5 years in personnel management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract work and ensure alignment with DHS objectives and deliverables.
• Lead Technical Support Specialists (TSS) in CBRN equipment proficiency and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate detection operations, logistics, and planning for national security events and threat responses.
• Deliver weekly progress, monthly status, and annual performance reports; manage drug/alcohol testing program.
• Track budgets, expenditures, and travel/ODC approvals; provide input for evaluations and reviews.
