Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Mobile Detection Deployment Program (MDDP) contract, serving as primary liaison with government officials and overseeing a specialized team providing CBRN detection support.

The role includes managing operations, reporting, budgeting, and coordination with CWMD program offices, with travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites and readiness for 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Must have advanced training/experience on an MDDP team or related DHS/DOD CBRN units.
• Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability and Secret-level security clearance.
• Over 20 years of operational CBRN detection experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and personnel-management capabilities required.
• Excellent written/spoken English for stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract work aligning with DHS objectives and manage staff timecards and hiring.
• Lead TSS proficiency in CBRN equipment, tactics, and procedures; conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate CBRN detection operations for national security events and threat responses.
• Deliver weekly/monthly/annual reports and maintain compliance programs.
• Track budgets and travel/ODCs; approve procurements and travel.
• Provide CBRN ops support, including plans, logistics, and equipment checks.
