Job summary

LAUKOA seeks a skilled CBRN Operations Administration and Logistics Coordinator to support the Mobile Detection Deployment Program (MDDP). This role requires coordination of operations, logistics, and information management across multiple CONUS/OCONUS sites, with travel and surge deployments as needed.

The candidate will tailor plans, interface with DHS toolsets, manage tasking systems, and develop training documentation while ensuring policy and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum operational experience in logistics, planning, analysis, database management, project management, and writing government documents
• Knowledge of CBRN detection operations including planning, documenting, and reporting information
• Possess NIMS and ICS certifications (e.g., IS-100, 200, 700) and related courses
• Ability to learn, adapt to policy and programmatic changes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to carry equipment up to 50 lbs and possess CDL B or ability to obtain within 3 months

Responsibilities

• Tailor products and services to the locality supported based on constraints and environmental factors
• Develop and support MDDP deployment plans and strategies for different operating environments
• Interface with DHS toolsets (ArcGIS, HSIN, etc.) to support MDDP data and knowledge management
• Manage and coordinate MDDP tasking systems, operational requests, and deployment data
• Support document development, strategic planning, and policy implementation for CBRN detection operations
• Identify training requirements and develop training plans for MDDP
• Create and maintain an MDDP training and exercise documentation system
• Administer MDDP property management including fleet and equipment inventory across sites
