Job summary

LAUKOA seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the Mobile Detection Deployment Program (MDDP) with a focus on CBRN detection support for DHS and other partners. The role requires leadership of a specialized team, operational oversight, and coordination with federal program offices.

Travel, 24/7 operations, and surge deployments are expected. Qualified candidates will have extensive CBRN experience, DHS clearance readiness, NIMS/ICS certifications, and at least five years of personnel

Qualifications

Must obtain and maintain DHS Suitability and Secret clearance.
CBRN subject matter expert with 20+ years of operational experience.
NIMS/ICS certifications (ICS-100, 200, 700).
Minimum 5 years of personnel management and leadership experience.
Ability to travel over 50% during the year.
CDL B license or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

Oversee contract work to align with DHS objectives and manage staff timecards.
Lead Technical Support Specialists (TSS) and conduct performance evaluations.
Coordinate CBRN detection operations and plan logistics for national security events.
Deliver weekly/monthly/annual reports and oversee travel and procurements.
Provide continuous program status updates to CWMD MDDP program office.
