Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Mobile Detection Deployment Program (MDDP) under DHS CWMD, directing a specialized team delivering CBRN detection support to federal, state, and local partners. You will ensure operational readiness, regulatory reporting, and cross-agency coordination.

This role requires travel, surge deployments, and 24/7 readiness with a focus on leadership, program oversight, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex government or DoD-related programs is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DHS suitability and Secret security clearance.
• Strong background in CBRN detection operations and incident management is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract activities, staffing, and performance for the MDDP program.
• Lead Technical Support Specialists and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate CBRN detection operations and planning for national security events.
• Deliver weekly and monthly program reports and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage travel approvals, budgets, and other direct costs with transparency.
• Provide ongoing CBRN planning, logistics, and equipment checks as needed.
