Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, staff, employers, and external partners.
• Proficiency with standard office technology and learning Banner system.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic advising to students on degree requirements, majors, and career exploration.
• Coordinate planning and execution of events for CBE Student Success and related centers.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to support student retention and graduation.
• Assist with expense reports and vendor invoicing for events and programs.
• Support onboarding programs and student success initiatives.
