Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5–7 years in advising or student services.
• Experience with Jenzabar and Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload and provide holistic advising.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Experience in higher education and FERPA/HIPAA awareness.
• Ability to lead teams and manage budgets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of up to 100 students and provide holistic advising.
• Oversee administrative operations for advising and retention efforts.
• Develop policies for student success tools and data management.
• Coordinate cross-functional communications and reporting.
• Pull and analyze reports using Salesforce, Jenzabar, Google Suite, and PowerBI.
• Plan and implement student success initiatives and events.
• Supervise peer mentors and assess programs.
