Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, communication, or related field.

• Ability to work with students, faculty, staff, employers, and external partners.
• Proficiency with standard office technology and Banner system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic advising on degree requirements, major, career exploration, and graduation progress.
• Develop advising programs, workshops, and student success initiatives.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and campus partners to support retention and graduation.
• Support data collection, reporting, and assessment for advising outcomes.
