Old Dominion University is seeking an Assistant Director for Employer Programs to design, run, and evaluate services that advance student and alumni recruitment.

The role builds and maintains employer relationships and supports employer sourcing, education, and recruiting events, widening access to jobs and internships for students and alumni.

Old Dominion University is hiring an Assistant Director for Employer Programs to design, run, and evaluate industry-facing services that advance student and alumni recruitment in the Center for Career and Leadership Development. The assistant director builds and maintains employer relationships and supports employer sourcing, employer education, and recruiting events. A central part of the work is widening access to full-time jobs, part-time jobs, internships, co-ops, practica, and apprenticeships for students and alumni.

• Work during university closings when directed, sometimes remotely
