Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of cath lab experience in a large, high-volume setting.
• Associate degree in CV technology, nursing, or radiologic tech.
• RCIS/CCDS/CEPS OR RN with BLS/ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction to assigned staff for cohesive patient care.
• Collaborate with leadership on daily management of diagnostic areas.
• Maintain staff schedules and case coverage for quality care.
• Coordinate procedures and staffing to cross-train as needed.
• Meet productivity, budget, engagement, and patient outcome targets.
• Evaluate care quality and adherence to policies and standards.
• Lead budgeting, inventory, and revenue cycle activities where applicable.
