Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a senior cardiac Cath Lab leader to guide day-to-day operations at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center. You will supervise staff, coordinate cross‑functional care, and partner with physicians to deliver high-quality cardiovascular services.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and ongoing training in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate degrees in cardiovascular technology, nursing, or radiologic technology are required.
• Typically 3 years of catheterization/interventional experience in a high-volume setting.
• Licensure and certifications as listed (RCIS/CCDS/CEPS/ARRT/ACLS/BLS).

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day leadership and directs assigned staff in the diagnostic areas.
• Maintains staff schedules and ensures quality patient care and productivity.
• Ensures budget adherence and supports revenue cycle activities.
• Participates in staff development, hiring decisions, and performance reviews.
• collaborates with physicians and leadership to implement new programs.
