Job summary

University of Southern California Arcadia Hospital is seeking a Supervisor of the Nursing Unit for the Cath Lab as part of the Cardio-Dx & PRN team. The role focuses on day-to-day unit operations, supervising RNs and allied professionals, and coordinating patient care to ensure optimal resource use and outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of clinical experience, a current California RN license, and ACLS/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current California RN license.
• ACLS certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Two to three years clinical experience required.
• Prior management/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing unit.
• Direct supervision of RN, RT and other professional staff.
• Coordinate patient care to optimize resource use and outcomes.
• Serve as professional clinical role model for patient care.
• Foster a safe, blame-free and healing environment for patients and staff.
