Job summary

University of Southern California Arcadia Hospital is seeking a Supervisor for the Cath Lab to manage day-to-day operations and staff within the Cardio-Dx unit. The role oversees RN and RT teams, ensures staffing, call coverage and workflow alignment, and supports the Director with regulatory compliance and budget considerations.

The position requires leadership experience in a cardiac cath lab, ARRT certification and BLS/ACLS, with a focus on patient safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years clinical experience in a Cardiac Cath lab as a Charge/lead RN or 10+ years as a Cath Lab Technologist
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain confidentiality
• ARRT RT, BLS, ACLS, CRT certifications required
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and prior management experience

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day operations of the Cath Lab nursing unit
• Direct supervision of RN, RT and other staff; coordinate staffing and scheduling
• Support Director with budget, regulatory compliance and resource utilization
• Promote patient safety, quality care and a positive work environment
