This full-time role involves leading a fast-paced, 24/7 procedural environment, building strong relationships with teammates and cardiology staff, and guiding staff through evolving cardiovascular technologies and procedures.

The position emphasizes operational leadership, quality patient care, and collaboration with leadership and medical staff to drive program excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day direction to assigned staff in the diagnostic areas.
• Maintains staff scheduling and case coverage to ensure quality patient care.
• Monitors productivity, budgetary, and employee engagement targets with leadership.
• Evaluates quality of patient care and develops quality assurance measures.
• Collaborates with Medical Staff to implement practice improvements and new procedures.
• Oversees budget preparation and inventory/revenue cycle tasks as needed.
• Ensures compliance with ethical conduct and department policies.
• Demonstrates knowledge of patient age groups and clinical development.
