Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in relevant field preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience in the profession required.
• 1–2 years of previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assigns and manages patient cases and staff schedules to align staff with patient needs and ensure continuity of care.
• Provides clinical consultation and support to Cath Lab staff, overseeing clinical quality efforts and audits of protocols.
• Collaborates with the Cath Lab Manager/Director to maintain quality care standards as required by protocols and regulators.
• Ensures availability and readiness of supplies, equipment, and stock; addresses equipment needs and inventory issues to minimize disruptions.
• Supports staff development by identifying learning needs and assisting with orientation and training.
• Assists primary physicians in procedures, preparing equipment, reviewing patient history, and providing first-assist support.
