Central Business Solutions, Inc in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Cath Lab Supervisor for a full-time, permanent leadership role. Responsible for directing cardiovascular services and ensuring safe, high-quality patient care in the Cath Lab.

The position requires overseeing staffing, budgets, and policy compliance, with potential clinical duties in the Cath Lab as needed. Internal candidates should have Cath Lab experience and current licensure.

Formación

• Experience in Cath Lab: minimum 2 years.
• Current licensure, certification or registration as required by law.
• BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Manages administrative and clinical functions of cath lab, Stress, ECHO areas.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels, manages budgets for labor and operations, ensures compliance with policies and regulations, oversees the delivery of quality patient care services.
• Has the ability to hire, fire and discipline staff.
• May provide clinical care in the Cath Lab if needed
• Performs related duties as required.
