Vanderbilt Health is seeking a Clinical Staff Leader to oversee the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. The role provides leadership, staff supervision, and ensures policy adherence and quality standards.

It requires RN licensure and a background in cath lab or acute care, with collaboration across clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care. The CSL will supervise, train, and schedule staff, assist physicians during procedures, manage supplies, and ensure accurate post-procedure data

Qualifications

• Requires nursing licensure as RN (LIC)
• Associate degree or higher in nursing or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in cath lab or acute care

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, effective patient care in the Cath Lab
• Lead staff supervision, development, and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Support equipment readiness, inventory, and supply management
• Assist physicians during procedures and provide first-assist support
• Ensure accurate post-procedure documentation and data integrity
• Collaborate with leadership on budget, staffing, and policy
• Foster a positive work environment and continuous improvement
