Job summary

Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a Supervisor for the Catheterization and Vascular Lab RN to lead daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure high-quality patient care in a busy cath lab.

The role requires BSN, 3 years cath/vascular experience, 2 years leadership, and ACLS; RCIS preferred. The supervisor will manage budget, payroll, and mentorship, with day shifts and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cath/vascular/procedural areas.
• Leadership or supervisory experience for at least 2 years preferred.
• RCIS preferred; ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Cath Lab and supervise RN staff.
• Coordinate quality and customer service activities, and assist in budgeting and payroll processes.
• Serve as clinical resource and mentor staff; ensure appropriate coverage and staff development.
