Job summary

Great Falls Clinic Hospital seeks an experienced Cath Lab leader to direct daily clinical operations, patient care management, and resource oversight within a high-quality cardiovascular program.

The role collaborates with the Cardiovascular Service Line and senior leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and equipment maintenance while guiding staff development and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Montana (active)
• Current CVIS or Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist registry
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• RCIS or RCES certifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cath Lab Department in service design and patient-focused care.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, patient care management, and resource/fiscal management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state laws and accrediting bodies.
• Collaborate with Cardiovascular Service Line leadership and other directors/managers.
• Provide direction for patient specimen testing, quality control, and equipment maintenance.
