Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Cath Lab professional to assist cardiologists in invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will operate imaging and monitoring equipment, maintain aseptic technique, and support patient care throughout complex cardiac/vascular cases.

The role requires knowledge of EKG interpretation, hemodynamics, and patient education, with opportunity for sign-on and relocation bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in invasive cardiac/vascular procedures preferred
• Knowledge of hemodynamic concepts and EKG interpretation
• Ability to maintain aseptic technique and sterile field

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologists in invasive coronary/vascular/EP procedures
• Set up and operate imaging and electrical equipment
• Interpret basic hemodynamic and EKG data
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Ensure sterile technique and proper draping
• Assist in equipment setup and troubleshooting
• Support data collection and quality improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with team and patients
