Job summary

Carle Health seeks a Cath Lab professional to support invasive cardiac/vascular procedures and EP interventions. You will operate imaging equipment, monitor patient physiology, and assist cardiologists in complex cases.

The role requires radiologic technologist certification, BLS, ACLS and ARRT registry; a sign-on bonus of $10,000 and relocation assistance are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification required by employer.
• Radiologic Technologist license (IEMA) required for practice.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire requested.
• ARRT Registry in Radiography active.
• Certificate of Completion: Radiologic Technology required.

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologists in invasive coronary/vascular/EP procedures.
• Set up and operate electrical/imaging equipment and computers.
• Apply knowledge of hemodynamics and cardiac anatomy during procedures.
• Perform moderate sedation administration per policy.
• Monitor and interpret physiologic data and imaging during procedures.
• Maintain aseptic technique and sterile field during interventions.
