Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks an Invasive CV Technologist to support the cath lab team in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. You will assist physicians, manage data records, and ensure sterile technique and safety throughout angiography and related interventions.

Responsibilities include coordinating procedures, labeling charts, and maintaining equipment, while applying cardiovascular pharmacology knowledge and radiologic safety standards to protect patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent plus relevant training.
• BLS required on hire; ACLS within 12 months of hire.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, procedures, or regulations; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician with catheter insertions and interventions.
• Maintain and label patient charts; ensure radiation safety and equipment readiness.
• Review patient history and data to schedule and document procedures.
• Record data: ejection fractions, cardiac outputs, and hemodynamic measurements.
