Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• BLS required upon hire; ACLS required within 12 months of hire.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, procedures, or government regulations; ability to write reports and presentations.
• Mathematical and reasoning abilities as described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician with cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Prepare and label patient charts and manage data, including labeling for iodine allergies.
• Clean equipment, transducers, pressure injectors, and compressors.
• Record data and calculate ejection fractions and cardiac outputs.
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and procedures.
• Schedule procedures and review patient history and clinical data.
