Randburg Catering & Events in Randburg, Gauteng, is seeking a meticulous Catering Logistics & Procurement Specialist. You will manage end-to-end procurement, coordinate logistics for events, and optimize supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost control.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in procurement or logistics within hospitality, strong inventory and planning skills, and familiarity with procurement software and safety regulations. Hybrid role with on-site event support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, supply chain or logistics, preferably in catering or hospitality.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong inventory controls and stock forecasting knowledge.
• Excellent organization and time management; ability to multitask.
• Proficient in procurement software and MS Office; knowledge of food safety regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of food, beverages, and operational supplies.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure pricing and quality.
• Negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings and timely deliveries.
• Oversee inventory, conduct stocktakes, and forecast needs.
• Coordinate logistics for catering events, plan routes and schedules.
