Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 5-7 years in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management.
• Experience leading S&OP processes across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated supply chain plans (demand, inventory, supply).
• Lead the S&OP process across departments.
• Forecast demand using advanced methods and tools.
• Optimize network inventory to balance service and costs.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing and logistics teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for supply chain planning.
• Manage supplier and stakeholder relationships for timely materials.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide strategic insights to senior management on supply chain operations.
