HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks a Catering Manager for Brickell Arch, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Miami, managing catering accounts to drive revenue and guest satisfaction. You will solicit new accounts, maintain client relationships, and ensure revenue goals across food, beverage, and room rental are met.

The role requires hospitality experience with catering sales, 1+ year in catering sales, and proficiency in Word/Excel and hotel sales systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in catering sales required.
• Hospitality experience with catering sales preferred.
• Experience at a similar size and quality hotel preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel and hotel sales systems.
• Strong sales, revenue management, and client-service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and solicit new and existing catering accounts to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Understand and apply forecasting, budgeting, and pace management to hit targets.
• Utilize yield management and data analysis to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with culinary and banquet teams for event design and execution.
• Oversee event execution with staff and vendors for client satisfaction.
• Maintain records in sales/event systems and document all events.
