Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts at Brickell Arch, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Miami, seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive group and corporate revenue. You will solicit new accounts, develop contracts, and coordinate with multiple hotel departments to deliver exceptional service.

You will lead negotiations, deliver compelling presentations, and travel for site inspections and trade shows. A minimum of 3 years in hotel sales is preferred, with strong communication and revenue-management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of past sales experience preferred.
• Must have experience at a similar size and quality hotel.
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
• Must possess computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Delphi.
• Advanced knowledge of sales skills, revenue management, training, and motivation of peers.
• Familiarity with hotel operations, marketing plans, security and safety programs, and long-range planning.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals through telephone prospecting, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication.
• Produce room, banquet, and room rental revenue through direct solicitation, presentations, contracts, negotiations and closing sales.
• Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel to current and potential clients.
• Coordinate departments to service accounts and ensure high quality of service.
• Prepare information for meetings, entertain clients, and maintain thorough documentation.
