Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts, proudly presenting Brickell Arch, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Miami, seeks a Director of Sales and Marketing for on-site leadership. You will oversee total room, banquet, catering, and room rental revenue, drive yield and market mix, and lead strategy across sales and marketing functions.

Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching the sales staff, preparing annual business plans, and coordinating with marketing to implement effective campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of sales leadership in a similar sized operation.
• Knowledge of travel industry or hospitality sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct the solicitation of the sales staff and oversee group room sales commitments.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train staff; provide performance feedback.
• Ensure training programs meet HEI standards and coach staff for improvement.
• Prepare reports: annual/monthly forecast, lead management, star reports and meeting minutes.
• Develop and conduct persuasive sales presentations and strategic plans.
