Montage Hotels & Resorts seeks a Banquet Manager to lead the banquet department in a luxury setting and deliver exceptional event experiences. You will manage staff, coordinate with departments, and ensure flawless execution of events for high-profile guests.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of previous banquet supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prepare and analyze data, figures, and transcriptions prepared on and generated by computer.
• Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Embrace Technology – continually learn, adapt and master to new operating system.
• Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Luxury hotel experience, a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operation of the Banquet department and supervise staff.
• Serve as liaison for clients during events and coordinate with hotel teams.
• Assist with planning and execution of all banquet events.
• Collaborate with Meetings & Events and Culinary teams for flawless execution.
• Maintain high service, food quality, and presentation standards.
