Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group in Austin, TX, seeks a dynamic Catering/Event Sales professional to drive revenue by selling public spaces, food & beverage, and function planning services for our properties.

You will establish new client relationships, respond to RFPs, present compelling proposals, and collaborate with hotel teams to deliver exceptional events while maintaining top-tier client service.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of catering/event sales experience in a hotel/resort or winery operation.
• Experience with multi-cultural weddings or events is desirable.
• Knowledge of cost control measures for events and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Sell hotel space, F&B, and function planning services to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships and prospect new business opportunities.
• Respond to RFPs and present proposals to clients and hotel departments.
• Attend tradeshows, networking events, and client meetings to develop business.
