So Hospitality Group in the United States is seeking a Catering and Sales Manager to drive catering revenue across our brands, including 612North, Drunken Fish, and Kimchi Guys. This role focuses on identifying and securing new corporate and private catering opportunities, growing existing accounts, and maximizing sales.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, prospect, and secure new catering clients, including corporate accounts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase catering revenue.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Present customized catering proposals, menus, and pricing.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline with follow-ups and closed deals.
• Coordinate with restaurant operations to ensure accurate execution.
• Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and report on pipeline activity.
