Job summary

So Hospitality Group is seeking a Catering and Sales Manager to drive catering revenue across its brands—612North, Drunken Fish, and Kimchi Guys. You will prospect new corporate and private clients, develop sales strategies, and manage relationships to secure recurring catering opportunities.

The role emphasizes field-based prospecting, timely follow-ups, and delivering compelling catering proposals.

Qualifications

Two years of professional sales or catering sales experience.
Experience in hospitality or restaurant sales is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel locally for prospecting and client meetings.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and secure new catering clients, with emphasis on corporate accounts and recurring opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase catering revenue across all brands.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
Prepare and present customized catering proposals, menus, and pricing based on client needs.
Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed orders and foster repeat business.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
