Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 2+ years of supervisory experience in catering/food service.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused events is highly desirable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven leadership and delegation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to work flexible evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell event spaces and catering to corporate and social clients.
• Schedule meetings, walkthroughs, and vendor coordination.
• Create event proposals and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue.
• Assist with on-site event execution, setup, and breakdown.
• Coordinate with admin teams for collateral and logistics.
• Manage pre-event planning, staffing, and vendor access.
• Handle event payments and invoicing.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and supplies for events.
