Food For Thought is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to grow our catering and workplace dining business by building strong client relationships, developing new opportunities, and delivering memorable events. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, planning, and execution with a focus on profitability.

The ideal candidate has a strong sales mindset, excellent communication, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or Hospitality.
• At least 5 years of sales experience with proven results.
• Proficient in Caterxpert and Nutshell CRM for contracts and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds annual sales budget.
• Fields and pre-qualifies leads and writes proposals.
• Manages events logistics and on-site execution.
• Develops client relationships and grows workplace dining portfolio.
• Plans tastings and coordinates venue contracts and staffing.
• Contributes to profitability and upsells workplace solutions.
