Formación

• An approved catering qualification at diploma/degree level.
• 2–5 years industry experience, including at least 2 years in management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead catering operations and ensure consistency and quality of events.
• Develop client relationships and implement the marketing strategy to grow catering revenue.
• Achieve food and labor targets and manage catering revenue forecasts.
• Oversee staffing, training, and daily team huddles.
• Ensure compliance with food safety policies and HACCP standards.
