Job summary

LifeWorks Restaurant Group is seeking a Catering Services Director to plan and lead the entire catering operation across multiple units. You’ll supervise the catering team, coordinate events, and drive budgets and financial goals for the department.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of experience.
• Minimum 1-3 years in a management role.
• Experience in events and catering is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Available to work event-based hours.
• Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total catering operations across multiple units, including events and menu costing.
• Oversee preparation, service, and cleanup for multiple catering operations.
• Develop catering solutions to meet client needs and maintain rapport.
• Lead annual marketing plans for catering, including collateral and budgets.
• Establish service and presentation standards; ensure compliance and consistency.
• Drive sales, food and labor targets; manage catering events of varying size.
