Job summary

General Tso's Restaurant & Catering, based in Atlanta, seeks a Catering Sales Representative (Corporate Accounts) to build new business. You will prospect offices, hospitals, schools and venues, conduct tastings, present menus and close first-time orders.

You will drive outbound outreach, manage a simple pipeline in Google Sheets, and collaborate with ezCater/ZeroCater/Foodsby. Commission earned with growth in account revenue is included.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ B2B or outside sales experience preferred.
• Experience with catering or hospitality sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a weekly prospect list and reach decision makers by calls, emails, and visits.
• Book tastings, present menus and pricing, and send quotes.
• Follow up through first order and hand off to Catering team.
• Maintain a simple pipeline in Google Sheets with key fields.
• Collaborate with ezCater, ZeroCater and Foodsby to find leads.
• Report weekly on prospects contacted, tastings booked, quotes sent and accounts won.
