Job Summary

Responsible for administrative and event support to the Catering team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet with directors before events to review details.
• Supervise staff during check-ins and breakdowns.
• Ensure food and beverage display and maintenance throughout events.
• Be knowledgeable about all menu offerings.
• Establish rapport with guests, using suggestive and upselling techniques.
• Assist guests with meal seating arrangements.
• Complete all event setup and breakdown within timelines.
• Perform post-event inventory and restocking.
• Create, modify, and close sales checks in the POS system.
• Understand all event paperwork and reports.
• Follow location appearance and safety guidelines.
• Maintain service areas.
• Employ safety and sanitation practices.
• Follow responsible alcohol service policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
