Job Summary

Responsible for administrative and event support to the Catering team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Meet with directors before events to review details.
2. Supervise staff during check-ins and breakdowns.
3. Ensure all food and beverages are properly displayed and maintained.
4. Be knowledgeable about all menu offerings.
5. Establish rapport with guests and use suggestive and upselling techniques.
6. Assist guests with seating arrangements.
7. Complete all event setup and breakdown within timelines.
8. Perform post-event inventory and restocking.
9. Create, modify, and close sales checks in the POS system.
10. Understand all event paperwork and reports.
11. Adhere to location appearance guidelines.
12. Maintain service areas.
13. Employ good safety and sanitation practices.
14. Follow responsible alcohol service policies.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.
