DiBella’s Subs is seeking a Catering Production Coordinator to oversee all aspects of catering. You will prepare orders, ensure accuracy, and deliver to clients. You’ll also handle follow-up calls, account maintenance, and help develop new catering business, while training on our menu and sales procedures.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a vehicle with current registration and insurance, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer full-time hours, weekly pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
