The role includes preparing orders, deliveries, follow-ups, and account maintenance, with opportunities to grow the catering side of the business.

We value customer service experience and hospitality, plus the ability to multitask and communicate effectively with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and hospitality.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare catering orders accurately for delivery and pickup.
• Deliver catering orders to clients and collect confirmations.
• Make follow-up calls and perform account maintenance calls.
• Assist with placing catering orders and drive new catering business.
• Support clients with menu selection and ordering procedures.
