Job summary

McAlister's Deli is seeking a catering coordinator to manage daily deliveries, coordinate drivers, and ensure timely service for events. You will verify guest satisfaction after deliveries and maintain accurate catering records.

In addition, you will complete front-of-house and back-of-house prep lists, and make at least two sales calls per day with entries in the sales report. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers and deliveries for the day.
• Check with drivers and guests to ensure satisfaction after deliveries.
• Complete catering accounting procedures daily.
• Make at least two sales calls daily and log them in the sales report.
• Fill out front of house and back of house prep lists for catering orders.
• Assist with other duties as requested by management.
