Job summary

DeCicco & Sons is seeking a Catering Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience and support catering and special events. You will assist customers, curate menus, prepare quotes, and coordinate with in-store departments for fulfillment.

Responsibilities include hands-on menu development, coordinating orders for pickup or delivery, and supporting off-site events as needed. Applicants must be 18+ with reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer experience in-person, over the phone, and by email.
• Assist customers with catering and event needs and timelines.
• Coordinate with in-store departments to fulfill orders and quotes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Consistent communication with colleagues to navigate high client volume
• Assist clients in curating menus and advising on serving sizes
• Majority computer work with Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Work with store departments to coordinate orders for pickup or delivery
• Occasionally assist with off-site events; some summer peaks
• Must have a driver’s license and reliable car
