Job summary

DiBella's Subs is seeking a Catering Production Coordinator to ensure all catering orders are prepared accurately and delivered to clients on time. The role includes handling deliveries, making follow-up and account maintenance calls, and supporting the growth of catering business.

Ideal candidates bring experience in customer service and hospitality, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training on the catering menu and sales procedures will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and hospitality.
• Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders and ensure catering clients receive an accurate order every time.
• Make deliveries to catering clients and perform follow-up calls.
• Conduct account maintenance calls and assist with placing catering orders.
• Help drive new catering business within the restaurant and assist clients with placing orders.

At DiBella's, as our Catering Production Coordinator, you prepare orders and ensure our catering clients receive an accurate order each time. Additionally, you will make deliveries to catering clients, make follow up calls, do account maintenance calls, help drive new catering business into the restaurant and assist clients with placing catering orders. Teaching you how to make a great sub is easy, but we need Catering Coordinators who love their job and enjoy working with customers. We seek applicants who have experience in customer service, and in hospitality.

Everyone at DiBella's learns how to make subs, but you will also be trained on our catering menu and sales procedures and delivery needs.

Some Position Specifics:

• Valid driver's license
• Vehicle with current registration and insurance
• Required frequently: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
